1. What are V-chips and how do I get them?
V-Chips are similar to the casino chips you find in Las Vegas. Once you deposit funds into your account, you need to convert these funds into V-Chips to start betting.

To get V-chips, login to the Cashier, click on V-chip Transactions, then follow the instructions to transfer the money in your account into V-chips.

2. How do you hold the money I've deposited into my account?
All funds you deposit into your account are held in bank accounts controlled by Internet Opportunity Entertainment Ltd. IOE is a subsidiary of a company publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange AIM.

3. How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
