Bonus VP Versions
Part 4
Two more Bonus versions are offered in this article to add
to your ‘VP collection’ and education.
We turn our attention to Double Double Jackpot Poker and Double
Jackpot Poker. These versions are also known as Aces and Faces.
The Double Double Jackpot Poker version boasts the better
overall average return of
100.35% when played with optimum strategy.
The tables below illustrate the payout for specific winning
hands, one coin return payout and maximum coin return payout.

As you can see, the straight at 25 coins and full house
at 45 coins is more generous than most Bonus VP schedules.
Generous, too, are the KQJ quads plus the four aces, with
or without a fifth card.
Not much of a strategy change for players, as it’s second
nature to hold Jacks or better with Bonus VP games, however
a higher reward is yours with these versions.
Therefore, if you are dealt two pair, one pair being Jacks+,
it is best to hold that one higher paying pair to grab that
quad payout.

This version is definitely a poorer imitation of its cousin
above, however the better AKQJ quad payouts remain. The straight
and full house is reduced by 5, but two pair is increased
to ten with max. coin in play.
Holding both pairs, regardless of card rank is best here
to collect at least the 10 coin reward and keep you in the
game.
Overall Average Payback results in a respectable 99.63%.
Yes, there are actually some VP versions and schedules we
have not explored.
I will save it for the next time we meet in cyberspace.
